Yes. The steel frame supports electrical conduit, lighting, outlets, and compressed air lines. Plumbing can be run through the concrete slab.
What wall height do you recommend?
For workshops, we recommend 10'-12' walls minimum. This gives you room for car lifts (12'+), lumber racks, and overhead storage.
Can I add a bathroom or office inside?
Absolutely. Many customers frame interior rooms for a bathroom, office, or parts storage area after the shell is installed.
